Lumsdaine House boasts three spacious, comfortable rooms - one twin and two doubles with four poster beds! All rooms have an en-suite shower room, hairdryer and a hospitality tray. The B&B also has Free Wi-Fi. There is a welcoming reception area, spacious dining room and relaxed lounge area.

You can choose where you'd like to sit to plan your day; upstairs or downstairs - afterall every window frames inspiring, unobstructed views of the beautiful surrounding countryside. And don't forget to say 'hello' to the friendly resident hens who provide fresh eggs for the B&B. On that note; Lumsdaine House has also been granted a Healthy Living Award Plus by Consumer Focus Scotland. The B&B is now recognised as providing healthier food to guests; helping them make better food choices. It is the only B&B in the area to hold the award.

The bed and breakfast is registered with the council's Environmental Health Department, with regular inspections ensuring you enjoy high levels of cleanliness and comfort. The property also has a Fire Safety Certificate, with every room and public area having smoke detectors and fire doors in place.
